You can look forward to being embedded in teams consisting of other driven and curious Bain staff.WHAT YOU'LL DOMissionSupport the day-to-day implementation of technology transformation projects.Maintain direct engagement with clients and assume responsibility for major components of the project.Lead cross-functional teams in implementing project management strategies.Focus on delivery assurance to ensure the efficient implementation of strategic recommendations.Improve efficiency and quality of clients’ business processes.Identify issues, create hypotheses and execute analysis.Drive clients to action by developing comprehensive plans to implement strategic recommendations.Essential FunctionsParticipate in end-to-end technology and digital transformation projects.Establish and implement PMO tools such as Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, LeanIX.Support initiatives and assist in project management processes.Monitor and evaluate project performance against key metrics.Collaborate with project teams to document and communicate project progress.Manage and ensure execution of quantitative and qualitative analyses.Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.Help in preparing and refining project deliverables.ABOUT YOUEducationRequired:
Bachelor's degree preferably in Business Administration, Computer Science / Engineering, Information management or other tech-related fields.Preferred:
Courses in digital/tech transformation.ExperienceFluency in English (written and spoken).4+ years of experience in consulting or a start-up environment.Knowledge, skills and abilitiesSound knowledge in IT operating models and enterprise architecture.Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.Experience using specific project management tools in large IT transformations.Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
