Our operations teams help make vacation memories happen by ensuring a seamless stay for our guests.**What we're looking for**We're searching for an exceptional individual to join our team as a Lead Housekeeper. This person is a hard-working individual who will embody our values while maintaining the supreme cleanliness of our homes. This person will manage a small team of housekeepers and work closely with the local management team.**Compensation**- More benefits and company perks information below.**What you'll do**- Assist with managing housekeeping operations creating a welcoming environment for our guests and owners by ensuring homes are clean and cared for- Professionally clean and maintain Vacasa properties using cleaning procedures and products in conformance with prescribed company standards- Assist with scheduling, distribution of tickets, ordering and organizing supplies, as assigned by the manager- Meet and maintain Vacasa standards and metrics such as NPS, standard unit appearance, and efficiency- Manage a budget for your portfolio adhering to set annual costs, with the ability to perform a cost-benefit analysis- Manage an efficient and high-quality team of housekeeping personnel ensuring all are trained, effective, and adhere to Vacasa policies and procedures- Partner and assist your Business Development Representative when new units join the portfolio- Conduct regular inspections prior to guest and owner arrivals- Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with fellow regional team members and upper management team- Provide cross-coverage for your manager and Co-Lead(s) when necessary**The skills you'll need and position requirements**- Technical computer skills required on all forms of hardware - laptops, tablets and mobile devices- Ability to work well under pressure in an agile, fast-paced environment- Excellent time management skills with the ability to change activity frequently and cope with interruptions- Highly responsive and reliable- Strong attention to detail- Prior housekeeping experience a plus- Adhere to all company policies and procedures**What you'll get**- Employee Assistance Program- Opportunities to grow your career- Employee discount- All the equipment you'll need to be successful- Great colleagues and culture- Vacasa is committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
