As a key member of our technology team, you will lead technical teams and mentor junior engineers to drive innovation within a collaborative cross-functional environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Java development, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, and PIM event streaming. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for innovation are essential qualities for this role. This position involves providing technical guidance, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering high-quality software solutions. A strong technical foundation, combined with experience in cloud environments, API development, and database management, is crucial for success. In addition to these requirements, the successful candidate should possess hands-on experience in building Microservices using Spring frameworks, deploying to cloud platforms such as GCP/AWS/Azure, and working knowledge of database and storage systems like Oracle, Postgresql, MongoDB, or Redis.
