As a key member of our technology team, you will lead technical teams and mentor junior engineers to drive innovation within a collaborative cross-functional environment.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Java development, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, and PIM event streaming.Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for innovation are essential qualities for this role.This position involves providing technical guidance, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering high-quality software solutions.A strong technical foundation, combined with experience in cloud environments, API development, and database management, is crucial for success.In addition to these requirements, the successful candidate should possess hands-on experience in building Microservices using Spring frameworks, deploying to cloud platforms such as GCP/AWS/Azure, and working knowledge of database and storage systems like Oracle, Postgresql, MongoDB, or Redis.
