Sales Associate Full‑time position located in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Job Overview SS&C is a leading financial services and healthcare technology company. This role is part of the Intralinks Sales Development and Readiness Program, which prepares participants for a future quota‑carrying Sales Executive position. Program Overview The program is structured into three distinct phases. Each phase includes defined goals, curriculum, training, practice, assessments, and mentorship. Participants receive education on sales methodology, Go‑to‑Market planning, product knowledge, operational systems, SS&C’s story and value proposition, and target markets. Assessments occur every three months, and successful completion makes participants eligible for promotion. Key Responsibilities Participate fully in the sales development program to execute end‑to‑end sales opportunities and prepare for a lucrative sales career. Develop essential sales skills, customer experience knowledge, product expertise, relationship building, CRM strategies, and SS&C’s proven sales methodology. Own accounts for prospecting, building relationships, and generating sales opportunities with M&A deal professionals. Deliver SS&C Intralinks’ story and unique value proposition to owned accounts while uncovering customer requirements through effective sales discovery. Support the sales team to grow market share and exceed revenue targets. Utilize internal processes, systems, tools, and best practices for business development and customer support. Co‑host virtual and on‑site client events. Sell the well‑recognized Intralinks product using solution‑selling techniques. Qualifications Major in Finance, Business Administration, or Sales. Sales‑related internship experience. Direct sales or retail sales experience. Strong drive to build a career in sales and competitive spirit. Excellent communication skills: clearly and concisely conveys new ideas and concepts. Quick to establish rapport and build relationships with people. Results‑oriented and goal‑driven. Comfortable working independently or in a team environment. Positive attitude, perseverance under challenging circumstances, and coachable nature. Strong listening, absorbing, and applying coaching techniques from peers and management. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
