Sales Development Associate As a Sales Development Associate (SDA), you will learn the fundamentals of sales and generate qualified leads for our sales teams. This role is a precursor to promotion to Business Development Representative, which may progress to Account Manager. What You’ll Be Doing Learn about Park Place Technologies’ portfolio and articulate our value proposition to prospective customers. Use prospecting techniques such as cold calling, email, calendar invites, and social media to generate qualified leads and schedule discovery calls. Receive training on sales engagement tools, CRM system, internal resources, and other customer discovery tools. Create targeted prospecting lists, craft outbound messaging, identify influencers and key decision makers, and discover opportunities to grow business. Participate in daily training sessions covering technology, sales skills, and mock prospecting engagements. Learn how various parts of the organization support internal and external customers. Develop strong organizational skills to manage daily activities and achieve defined performance metrics. Perform additional duties as assigned. What We’re Looking For 0–6 months of related professional development experience (internship, student group, sales business development, marketing, lead generation, or prospecting is preferred). Interest in and availability to relocate (bonus points). Bachelor’s degree preferred. 10% travel required.
