Our founders appear in Forbes 30 Under 30. The Role We seek a visionary creative leader with deep experience in developing ad concepts for digital paid media on Meta, TikTok, and other platforms. You’ll own the performance creative service, marrying creative storytelling with data‑informed design to produce high‑volume, high‑impact ads. What you’ll do Creative Strategy: Lead high‑tempo creative strategy for full‑funnel ad programs on Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Amazon, and Display Platforms. Short‑Form Video: Provide expert advice, concepts, directions, and briefs to sell products through short‑form video. Data Analysis: Translate marketing strategy and performance data into clear, compelling ad concepts, using metrics like thumb‑stop rate, hold rate, and CTR. Cross‑Team Collaboration: Brief Designers and Editors on static ads, animations, mobile‑first videos, and storyboards. You may also create assets in Figma, Photoshop, or Illustrator as needed. Executive Presentation: Present creative work to stakeholders and clients with confidence and strategic rationale. Performance Iteration: Monitor data with the marketing team, iterate creative, and improve results over time. Qualification & Experience 3+ years of creative strategy on performance ad programs, focusing on short‑form video and statics. Portfolio showcasing performance ad work (short‑form video, motion, statics) with evidence of impact on metrics like hold rate or CTR. Proficiency in Figma (including Auto Layout & Components) and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong communication skills, both written and in client presentations. Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Perplexity, Icon, Runway, etc.) to increase speed and volume. Ability to turn vague goals into testable concepts and lead iterative improvements. Customer‑centric mindset, adept at navigating client pushback and delivering actionable feedback. Hard Disqualifiers No Meta performance creative experience. No portfolio or performance context.
