Marketing Analytics and Data Specialist

We are looking for a smart, experienced and awesome **Marketing Analytics and Data Specialist **to support one of our Rockstar clients**IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL**:- Design and build Looker Studio dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) across various advertising platforms, combining platform-specific metrics with GA4-captured metrics to provide a holistic view of campaign performance.- Graph and display KPIs such as total ad spend, impressions, engagements, likes, comments, clicks, and cost per click for Facebook ads; and create graphs for website landing page bounce rate and conversion rates for newsletter subscribers and giveaway/sweepstakes applicants driven by Facebook ads.- Replicate the dashboard setup for Google ads, YouTube ads, and TikTok ads, including relevant KPIs for each platform.- Develop dashboards for organic inbound traffic, covering non-paid ads on various channels, including graphs for organic Facebook traffic, organic SEO/direct website traffic, organic YouTube, and organic TikTok.- Understand and implement solutions for integrating data from multiple platform sources into Looker Studio and explore cost-effective and streamlined alternatives to tools like Supermetrics.- Work closely with the client and internal teams to ensure the dashboards meet specific business requirements, and collaborate with team members to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to the dashboards.**YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE**:- A strong aptitude for working with complex datasets and uncovering valuable insights.- A passion for storytelling through data-driven visualizations and crafting creative solutions.- A meticulous eye for detail, with the ability to navigate large datasets with confidence, ensuring accuracy and precision.- Tech-savvy, constantly exploring the latest tools and platforms in data analytics.- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.- Prior experience in developing custom dashboards, particularly with Looker Studio, and integrating various metrics with Google Analytics 4 (GA4). Experience with Facebook, Google, YouTube, and TikTok ads is also essential.**WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU**:- A competitive compensation package, offering a rate between $5 to $15 per hour based on experience and qualifications.- Flexible work schedule- Room for growth**OTHER THINGS THAT YOU NEED TO KNOW**:- This is a part-time work opportunity.- You'll be asked to work a minimum of 15 hours per week during Pacific Standard Time (PST).**Job Type**: Part-timeExpected hours: 15 per week
