Role Overview

The Sr. Supervisor, Learning and Development will partner with local & regional business leaders to develop and implement learning programs that align with global strategies and standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team in facilitating learning programs, including onboarding, coaching, management, leadership development, and sales training.
  • Work closely with clients, account managers, and consultants to design and implement learning solutions.
  • Develop and implement country-specific programs tailored to cultural, generational, or functional needs.
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide coaching and career development guidance to team members.
  • Ensure quality processes are in place to provide a successful learner experience.
  • Maintain team engagement and implement continuous improvement processes.
  • Support facilitation required for Global L&D programs and implementations.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, education, business administration, or related field.
  • Fluent English language.
  • Minimum three years experience in Learning & Development (BPO).
  • Proficient classroom facilitation skills, preferably with experience in leadership development, adult learning, blended learning, and/or organizational development.

Requirements

  • Adept at handling multiple competing priorities and duties in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to effectively interact with all levels of organizational staff.
  • Proficient with Microsoft suite of products.
  • Minimum two year experience working with LMS.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize projects or initiatives and deliver results within timelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership with focus on continuous improvement.
