We're looking for a talented and passionate Shared Services Project Manager to join Wildlife's Shared Services in São Paulo.
This role will be in charge to manage and address the continuous work process improvements supporting the work processes changes and build the governance and foundation to assure a sustentable work process in preparation for the scalable services.

**What you'll do**
- Lead the continuous improvement projects focusing on efficiency and stakeholders experience;
- Support the shared services on change management engaging the teams on the new ways of working focusing on the customer experience;
- Be a positive influence to the teams;
- Find and implement new solutions and innovation to make the process more efficient and scalable;
- Build the governance of the Shared Services - SLAS, Métrics, Job Aids and Job descriptions;
- Bring new ideas and solutions to be applied for the existent work processes, in Payroll, PTP and workplace;
- Be open for changes and ready to establish new service level standards;
- Work in collaboration with all the functions to reach the company objectives;
- Create governance and monitor the service level provided to affiliated studios (SIB);
- Assure internal control and compliance for the process.
**What you'll need**
- Bachelor's Degree - Business Administration, Economics or Engineering;
- Fluent in English.
- 5+ years of robust experience and leadership of project management and financial routines like PTP ( Procurement to Pay ), Accounts Receivable, Payroll and Workplace;
- Accounting knowledge is also important;
- Experience to drive synergies building and explore end to end processes;
- Six Sigma, agile methodologies;
- Previous shared services experiences, governance (SLAS, Metrics, Jobs aids) leadership roles or leading the continuous improvement projects are a distinct advantage.
