Maintain accurate documentation, dashboards, and status reports for leadership and technical teams. Schedule vendor coordination for hardware logistics, remote hands, and service delivery. Ensure compliance with change management and security protocols. Facilitate team standups, working sessions, and stakeholder updates. Required Skills and Qualifications Strong leadership and collaboration skills; experience in IT infrastructure operations and improvement initiatives.
