**JOB ROLE**

**JOB RESPONSABILITIES**
- Plan, install, and configure IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure maximum availability and performance.
- Implement and manage security policies to protect company data and systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Collaborate with other Global IT teams to ensure the integration and efficient operation of systems.
- Document procedures and create performance and incident reports.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in IT infrastructure.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in systems and network administration.
- Advanced knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and virtualization technologies.
- Experience with infrastructure monitoring and management tools.
- Advanced English level

**Nice to have**:

- Relevant certifications (Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate or equivalent, AZ-900 or higher or foundation certification on other cloud providers)
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of infrastructure automation (e.g., Ansible, Terraform) is desirable
- Knowledge of Citrix Solutions
