Senior -Agile Project Manager
Senior Agile Project Manager, able to manage one or multiple projects of medium to high complexity, using Waterfall or Agile Methodology
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field or equivalent practical experience is required.
- Relevant certifications in Project Management (PMI-PMP, Prince 2 Practitioner etc) will be strongly preferred.
- Certifications on Agile & Scrum delivery (CSM/PSM/PMI-ACP/Safe Agilist etc) will be preferred.
- Strong Project Management experience to drive projects from Initiation to Closure using Structured Project Management process with Stage gates.
- Good knowledge and Experience in the areas of Agile and Scrum - to manage the project delivery using JIRA/MS Azure/other Agile tools.
- Knowledge and previous exposure of managing projects using Clarity PPM would be given high preference.
- Must be Excellent in processing and reporting information using MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Power BI etc.
- Working knowledge in one or more of the following Business domains, especially on SAP ERP platform would be highly preferred: -Finance/Procurement/Sales & Marketing/ HR & Legal/Manufacturing etc.
- Previous experience as Business Analyst or Software Engineer would be highly preferred.
- Excellent ability to communicate both in written and verbal forms is a must.
- Must demonstrate excellent Team Mgmt, Stakeholder Management, Risk & Issue Mgmt and Problem solving skills to lead a project, while facilitating resolution of hurdles in the path.
- Previous experience of coaching Agile Teams and other Project Managers will be strongly preferred.
- Experience of multiplexing between Project Management and any one/more of the essential roles(Engineering Manager, BA, Solution Architect, Product owner ) will be preferred
