Performance Test Engineer

Overview
We are looking for a Performance Test Engineer with strong experience in LoadRunner and a solid background in both automation and manual testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing performance and regression tests, optimizing system behavior, and contributing to a high-quality software delivery process.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop LoadRunner scripts to simulate real-world load conditions.
- Execute performance tests including load, stress, endurance, spike, and failover scenarios.
- Conduct regression testing and ensure system stability across releases.
- Write and maintain test cases and automation scripts using Selenium.
- Use AI tools to accelerate testing and improve efficiency.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to troubleshoot performance issues.
- Define performance benchmarks and validate SLAs with stakeholders.
- Document and present test results to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Mentor junior team members on performance testing methodologies.

- Strong skills in automation and manual testing.
- Experience with Selenium and test case creation.
- Ability to leverage AI tools for testing acceleration.
