Overview:
We are looking for a Performance Test Engineer with strong experience in LoadRunner and a solid background in both automation and manual testing.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing performance and regression tests, optimizing system behavior, and contributing to a high-quality software delivery process.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop LoadRunner scripts to simulate real-world load conditions.
Execute performance tests including load, stress, endurance, spike, and failover scenarios.
Conduct regression testing and ensure system stability across releases.
Write and maintain test cases and automation scripts using Selenium.
Use AI tools to accelerate testing and improve efficiency.
Analyze performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to troubleshoot performance issues.
Define performance benchmarks and validate SLAs with stakeholders.
Document and present test results to technical and non-technical audiences.
Ensure compliance with quality standards throughout the testing lifecycle.
Mentor junior team members on performance testing methodologies.
Requirements:
Proven expertise in LoadRunner-based performance testing.
Strong skills in automation and manual testing.
Experience with Selenium and test case creation.
Ability to leverage AI tools for testing acceleration.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
