Agora que você conhece a cultura Aggrandize, saiba mais sobre a oportunidade : ❇️ O seu papel no time Projetar e implementar arquiteturas de dados escaláveis e modernas (Lakehouse, Delta Lake, Medallion). Colaborar com equipes de negócio e tecnologia para alinhar soluções aos objetivos estratégicos. Liderar iniciativas de modernização e descentralização de dados com abordagem Data Mesh. Garantir governança, segurança e compliance (LGPD, IAM, RBAC). Participar ativamente do planejamento estratégico de dados, alinhando soluções às metas corporativas. Apoiar a definição de roadmaps de dados e contribuir com decisões arquiteturais de longo prazo. Realizar alinhamentos regulares com stakeholders técnicos e de negócio para garantir aderência às necessidades organizacionais. ❇️ O que esperamos de você - Hard Skills Experiência sólida em Azure : Data Lake Gen2, Databricks (Delta Lake), Synapse, Unity Catalog. Domínio em Python e SQL para ETL / ELT em larga escala. Vivência com arquitetura Data Mesh e descentralização de domínios de dados. Conhecimento em governança e segurança de dados. Experiência com modelagem de dados e processamento batch / streaming. Desenvolver pipelines de dados com Databricks, Azure Data Factory e Synapse. Aplicar práticas de DataOps e CI / CD com GitHub / Azure DevOps. ❇️ Diferencial Experiência com Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Vertex AI, Dataflow). Vivência em ambientes multi-cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP). Certificações em Azure ou GCP. Conhecimento em ferramentas como MLflow, Spark, Airflow. Integrar soluções de machine learning com Vertex AI e pipelines analíticos com BigQuery. ❇️ O que esperamos de você - Soft Skills Visão estratégica e foco em valor de negócio.
