**Sales Support Analyst**:

**Your responsibilities**:
- Continuously learn about ABB products and technologies, focused on electrical automation and process automation, to acquire technical knowledge applicable to the needs of our customers.
- Supports (initially under supervision) the local Sales organization/customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions, focused on electrical automation and process automation, and in the preparation of demanding offers.
- Provides technical support, according to your level of technical knowledge, during the technical meeting, product presentations and negotiations and offers product/ solution/service related training.
- Support the team to complete local process using Sales Force CRM tool.
- Prepares and supports preparation of technical/commercial offers based on customer specification requirements, Local Business Unit/feeder factory indications and Sales organization directives.
- Participates in the kickoff meeting organized by the project team, when necessary.
- Prepares and support team members to complete tasks using SAP tool, including registration of materials, consultation of customer records and issuance of proposals.
- Defines costs for the proposed solution and communicates to/ discuss about it with Sales team.
- Using the organization tools to analyze costs and taxes. If necessary, consult specialists.
- Prepares/Support the filling of the supplies tool Procure. Open and update the information, when necessary.
- Access the base of purchase products and pricelists to compose the costs of products and services.
- Provides information to the risk review process, supporting team members, in accordance with ABB policy. Sometimes participates in the risk review meeting.
**Your background**:
- Engineering degree - preferrably in Electrical or Industrial Engineering.
- Previous experience in Sales Support, Application or Bid teams.
- Experience with automation for Oil and Gas customers is a plus.
- Tools - SAP, XLS and Sales Force knowledge is a plus.
- Advanced English
