We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the development and deployment of cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions. This Senior AI Lead role is responsible for defining the technical direction of our core product, an LLM-powered legal chatbot designed to provide contextually precise answers to country-specific legal questions. This individual will be instrumental in elevating our AI stack to new heights, guiding architecture, development, and the orchestration of intelligent agents. Key responsibilities include leading the technical evolution of our LLM-based product, designing, building, and orchestrating specialized AI agents, ensuring code quality and best engineering practices, and defining and implementing new AI features from design to deployment. Technical Requirements: Strong expertise in LLMs and AI Agents (development & orchestration). Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith. Knowledge of SQL and vector databases. Familiarity with AWS, Azure, and GCP. Ability to assess, test, and implement new models and frameworks. Advanced English language skills. The ideal candidate will possess industry experience and a strong passion for AI. They must stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the field and have hands-on experience with practical engineering techniques.
