Job Description The Jr. Sales Analyst will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the commercial operations of the Sales team, working across three strategic company channels: Indirect (Distributors and Wholesalers), E‑Commerce, and Multiformat. This role requires strong analytical skills, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple internal stakeholders. The professional will be accountable for performance analyses, administrative controls, database updates, and the development of reports that support decision‑making and drive business growth. What Your Impact Will Be Multichannel Commercial Support Support the sales team in operational routines across Indirect, E‑Commerce, and Multiformat channels. Monitor customer performance, identifying risks, opportunities, and trends. Performance Analysis Build periodic analyses of sell‑in, sell‑out, inventory, coverage, and key customer performance indicators. Develop dashboards and weekly/monthly performance updates for the area. Generate data‑driven insights to support commercial strategies. Control and Governance Manage channel budget controls, ensuring accuracy, reconciliation, and compliance with company policies. Execute product item creation, information maintenance, and system integration. Update internal databases, ensuring consistency, data quality, and proper version control. Administrative and Operational Routines Prepare performance presentations and executive reports for internal and customer meetings. Track and report sell‑out initiatives, including performance review, execution monitoring, and ROI analysis. Support approval flows and documentation related to commercial initiatives. Cross‑Functional Integration Work closely with Sales Administration and Sales Strategy teams to ensure process alignment, standardization, and data integrity. Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting processes, data accuracy, and operational efficiency. Continuous Improvement Propose enhancements to analytical routines, report automation, and data governance practices. Participate in internal initiatives focused on productivity gains and process standardization. Qualifications What We’re Looking For Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, or similar tools. Organization, attention to detail, and strong prioritization skills. Effective communication and ability to work with multiple stakeholders. Proactivity and curiosity to learn about different channels and commercial models. Previous experience in commercial areas, trade marketing, sales, or planning is a plus. Advanced English.
