Role Description

We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Digital Media Specialist who is eager to learn and grow within an innovative team. In this part-time, remote contract role, you’ll plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Pinterest Ads. You’ll focus on maximizing campaign performance, analyzing data to provide actionable insights, and constantly exploring new approaches to help drive brand growth. This role requires strong analytical abilities, proficiency with digital media tools, and an organized approach to managing multiple client projects.

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, and similar platformsConduct media planning and budgeting to achieve optimal performance within client goalsAnalyze campaign metrics and adjust strategies in real time to improve resultsMaintain dashboards and reports to communicate campaign insights to clients and the teamCollaborate with team members to apply innovative digital media strategiesStay informed on the latest industry trends and platform updates for continual improvement

QualificationsProven experience managing paid media campaigns, focusing on performance and optimization (minimum 5 years)Expertise in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and Google AdsFamiliarity with SEO and SEM strategies and best practicesStrong organizational and time management skills for balancing multiple projectsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fieldFluent English is required; Portuguese or Spanish is a plus
