Job Summary:

  • Database Solutions Development : We utilize .NET, PowerShell, Python and other automation tools to craft innovative DBaaS solutions for MS SQL.
  • Cutting-edge Cloud Technologies : Our team leverages AWS Cloud infrastructure to build and innovate database infrastructure, staying at the forefront of cloud-based innovations.
  • Performance Optimization : In-depth analysis and tuning for MS SQL environments ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Automated Database Management : Automation and optimization of database management processes reduce manual labor and increase efficiency.
  • POC Analysis and Documentation : Thorough POC analyses and document complex business-critical database workflows, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Incident Resolution : Lead incident analysis and provide corrective action recommendations, guaranteeing prompt resolution and minimal downtime.
  • Database Monitoring : Develop and implement robust database alerting and monitoring solutions, proactively addressing potential issues.
  • Cloud Infrastructure Development : Build and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure as part of our database product offerings.
  • DevOps Lifecycle Ownership : Own the full DevOps lifecycle: design, code, test, deploy, and monitor, driving innovation and excellence.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required.
  • Experience : Deep experience in database engineering and automation, with a strong focus on MS SQL administration.
  • Technical Skills : Expertise in AWS, CFN, SSM, container technologies, and PowerShell scripting for Windows environments.
  • Soft Skills : Excellent communication and documentation skills, with advanced English proficiency.
  • Enterprise Experience : Proven experience supporting enterprise-level production databases, with a deep understanding of complex database workflows.
  • Agile Methodologies : Familiarity with DevOps frameworks and Agile/Scrum methodologies, ensuring seamless team collaboration.
