Overview

Join to apply for the Experienced Recruiter For The Swedish IT Industry role at Nexer Telescope . Sweden needs skilled engineers — about 30,000 by 2030, according to the Swedish Statistical Central Bureau. Right now we have ~200 open positions for Software Engineers with our clients in Sweden. You will help us find engineers ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden and inform them about all the benefits of living and working in Sweden.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and recruit engineers ready to relocate to Sweden.
  • Build trust with suitable candidates and explain relocation benefits.
  • Collaborate with a global team of recruiters and Swedish management to support relocation logistics.
  • Coordinate with the Swedish delivery management team for relocation tasks (visa, work permits, tickets, housing, etc.).
  • Plan and execute recruitment activities with colleagues across global offices.
  • Be part of an efficient team that helps engineers and their families build a new career and life in Sweden.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or similar technical experience.
  • Solid and well-proven network of local IT engineering talent.
  • Extremely service oriented with a flexible mindset towards always finding the best solution for the challenge at hand.
  • High quality and brand awareness.
  • Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing.
  • Upper intermediate English.
  • Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies.
  • Analytical, well organized with an eye for details, with the ability to identify and close a recruitment request.
  • Self confident, happy, social, friendly and outgoing with a high level of self motivation.
  • Durable and stubborn, with the capacity to take a "no" as a reason to try harder.
  • Passionate about success, with an executive yet relaxed attitude towards work, colleagues and customers.
  • Responsive and responsible, with an appropriate and representative appearance.
Offer/Details
  • Location: You will be working from home or from a co-location center of your choice.
  • Employment type: Full-time; long term contract as a Private Entrepreneur; minimum 12 months.
  • Eight hours of efficient work per day, Monday to Friday.
  • Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.
  • Free national holidays, with maintained payment.
  • 20 paid vacation days.
  • Paid travels, housing, and per diem.
