About the Role

As our business grows, we're excited to offer 10 Account Manager positions to English speakers from all corners of the globe who are passionate about serving American authors. Join our team and help us revolutionize the publishing landscape. We are seeking a talented Account Manager to serve as the first line of contact for our American authors. You will offer customer success and project management services, coordinating efforts between authors, editors, designers, and other team members to ensure the successful publication of books.

What you will do
  • Offer excellent customer success services to our American authors
  • Coordinate activities between authors, editors, designers, and management to ensure the timely and accurate completion of book publications
  • Follow established book publishing processes and procedures to deliver high-quality products to authors
Requirements
  • Excellent command of English (Written and Spoken)
  • Excellent spoken communication skills
  • Relevant experience in customer success or project management
  • Good time management skills

The position includes base salary with potential bonuses.
