What to Expect

(Job Responsibilities)

  • Promote employer products to healthcare professionals (HCPs) both in person and virtually
  • Develop and execute a territory business plan to achieve sales objectives
  • Establish and maintain relationships with HCPs and key stakeholders
  • Address customer inquiries and objections using advanced selling techniques
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver coordinated solutions for customer needs
What is Required

(Qualifications)

  • Bachelor\'s degree required; life sciences preferred
  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare; neuroscience preferred
  • Minimum 5+ years of healthcare sales experience for senior specialist role
  • Proven advanced selling skills and strong business acumen
  • Ability to travel independently and meet travel requirements

  • Experience in complex or account-based selling environments
  • Deep understanding of neuroscience disease states and payer dynamics
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to mentor and train new sales specialists
