Partner Relationship Associate
Ebury Bank - São Paulo - Office based
We are looking for an Partner Relationship Associate professional who is multi-tasking and organized, who enjoys interacting with partners and clients, seeking to help us manage operations and registrations with internal areas.
What You'll Do As a Partner Relationship Associate
- Frequent interface with sales and execution teams, focusing on supporting foreign exchange operations;
- Continuous monitoring of documentation flow (registration and foreign exchange), aiming for a high standard in client experience;
- Focus on increasing speed and quality of internal processes;
- Interaction with other areas of the Bank to bridge internal requests with clients.
- Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
- Prior experience in foreign exchange or foreign trade;
- Advanced/Fluent English and Portuguese
