A multinacional company is looking for a **IT Manager** with strong experience and knowledge of Security/Cybersecurity.
- Plan initiatives of IT Infrastructure including IT Security/Cybersecurity related service provided by Digital Strategy Department.
- Conduct the above initiatives in collaboration with 3rd party vendors for the clients (local subsidiaries and group companies) in South America.
- Searching multiple vendors with a track record in South America, establishing partnerships, and constructing a framework that can satisfy the need for IT infrastructure including IT security/cybersecurity by clients.
- Propose effective consulting service(managerial/technical advice ) to clients with appropriate solution.
- Conduct IT security assessments of group companies (target : 4 to 5 companies per year). If necessary, proposing improvement measures and provide support for improvement
- Cope with emergency situations.
- When an IT security incident occurs, in cooperation with capable vendor, 1) take an initial response to prevent further damage, and then 2) make appropriate proposals to settle the situation and 3) assist to implement them.
- Conduct Cyber Risk Service
- Conduct vulnerability diagnosis and penetration tests after planning by yourself, execute, instruct and oversee in cooperation with external partner companies.
- Plan and implement measures (security seminars, etc.) for general users to reduce IT security/Cybersecurity risk.
- Provide technical consultation, seminar, training and support to IT staff of the clients.
Education
4 years degree (preferable: in Information systems, or Computer Science, or Related Courses).
Experience
Mandatory
+10 years proven working experience as IT Infrastructure (including IT Security/Cybersecurity).
Knowledge & experience of Cybersecurity related activities such as,
Cybersecurity Assessment (document/interview based)
Network/Infra Vulnerability Check
Penetration Test
(Preferable) Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR)
Some knowledge & expertise of cybersecurity tools such as Endpoint Management/Behavioral Analytics/DLP((Data Loss Prevention))
Knowledge and experience in the operation and management of IT infrastructure-related systems such as the followingTechnical design & structure of company's network & communication systems.
Successful background working with Project Management, with proven track record of driving IT related projects.
General understanding of computer systems' architecture (hardware/software), networks etc.
Languages
Portuguese - native /fluent
English - fluent
Spanish - advanced (preferable)
