**Description**:
- Team management
- Incident management and corrections;
- Business relationship with internal stakeholders and external vendors;
- Priorities definition with business
- Syndication of solutions and priorities with other IT teams
- Implement and manage IT Governance controls to ensure that the SDLC requirements are covered and updated;
- Contribution in NAC (New Activity Committee), giving technical opinion and representing IT Global Banking;
- Preparation of executive meetings for internal clients with ongoing activities, presenting KPI monitoring results, according to best IT governance practices
**Qualificações
**Qualification**:
- Previous exeperience in Financial Institutions
- Previous team Management experience
- Previous IT experiences
- Good knowledge in Banking products
- Ability to gather users requirements and convert into specifications for the development of solutionss
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Advanced English
- Full Graduate
