**Requisitos**:
- Habilidades de organização, multitarefa e gerenciamento de tempo;- Capacidade de estabelecer relacionamento e confiança com executivos sêniores em um curto período de tempo;- Conhecimento de metodologia e framework de mercado. Ex. SCRUM, PMBOK, ITIL, COBIT, ISO 27001, dentre outros;- Excelente atenção aos detalhes e capacidade de trabalhar com prazos apertados;- Atuar com objetividade e baseado em fatos para a solução de problemas;- Capacidade de gerenciar um ambiente de várias partes interessadas em um ambiente corporativo;- Excelentes habilidades de comunicação escrita e oral, apresentador confiante e impactante;- Capacidade de lidar bem sob pressão, fluxos de trabalho em ritmo acelerado e/ou prazos curtos.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Apoiar os clientes para entregar com sucesso grandes projetos em áreas como:
- Due diligence pré-deal, integração pós-fusão e Carve-outs;- Planejamento estratégico de TI;- Tecnologia do Produto;- Arquitetura Empresarial;- Inteligência de Negócios;- Design de Modelo Operacional target;- Programas de transformação de TI;- Implantação de ERP;- Gestão de Desempenho de Fornecedores de TI e- Terceirização de Processos de Negócios e Disrupção Digital.
São considerados diferenciais:
- Histórico de sucesso em projetos de transformação;
- Experiência de trabalho pré e pós deal com fundos de private equity e/ou empresas blue chip;
- Capacidade clara de fornecer o pensamento diferenciado em um mercado de consultoria altamente competitivo;
- Um histórico acadêmico muito forte;
- Habilidades avançadas de PowerPoint e Excel;
- Disponibilidade para viajar;
- Fluência em Inglês e/ou Espanhol.
