Role & Responsibilities Specialize in the design of static visuals for social media. Produce high‑quality assets quickly in a fast‑paced assignment that requires impeccable production skills. Work with designers and clients to provide production mechanical/template building expertise. Collaborate with a dedicated team of designers, multimedia designers, art directors, copywriters, content creators and community managers that produces local and regional work. Harmonize speed, style and scale to produce loads of good‑looking assets at a steady pace. Ensure designs adhere to guidelines and are consistent across ad formats and dimensions. Requirements 4+ years of experience. Solid Photoshop and Illustrator skills. Organize files, layers and folders super‑organized, even if you’re a creative mess outside of Photoshop. Take charge of small tasks independently and take on bigger jobs with little supervision. Contribute to different stages of the production process, from setting styles and layouts to cutting formats and language versioning. Exceptional attention to detail, problem solving, and coping with rapid change. Always on the lookout for process efficiencies. Handle repetitive tasks and stay focused. Well‑versed in English and production tricks. Clear communicator and happy to work with designers from all over the world.
