Brand & Creative is a center of excellence inside Global Marketing team. We oversee all of TikTok's and ByteDance's emerging brands advertising and creative expression to ensure the creative development and execution of world-class consistent communications.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and own work with the ability to formulate and develop ideas with mínimal oversight
- Produce concepts and art direction, across a broad range of aesthetics and styles and develop storyboards with mínimal assistance
- Understand strategy to ensure all ideas align with the TikTok brand guidelines and tone of voice
- Own presentations, articulate complex ideas in a concise and effective way and work directly with cross functional teams and external partners
- Work with internal design team and/or external partners to deliver best in class creative
- Produce all work efficiently and on schedule
- 4-year degree in graphic design, arts, communication or related field
- 8+ years work experience as an art director or graphic designer at creative agencies or in-house teams
- Senior individual contributor to do hands-on work but also with the potential to manage a team in the future
- Experience as the creative lead on video based projects (script + edition + motion + efx)
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (After Effects, 3D and/or Figma is a plus)
- Ability to self-manage time and output, know-how to handle ambiguity and several projects at the same time
- Good organization skills to file work in a manner that can be shared with the team
- English intermediate or advanced is preffered
- Online portfolio is a must
