We're hiring an experienced and data-driven Email Marketing Specialist to lead our email efforts across both marketing and lifecycle campaigns. This is a hands-on role focused on growing and segmenting our B2B email list, improving engagement, and driving conversions through high-quality messaging and automation. You'll work closely with our marketing and sales teams to make email one of our most effective revenue channels.Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end execution of B2B email campaigns:
from copy to segmentation to delivery, reporting, and optimization.Develop lead magnets with Content Lead to generate email list growth. Grow and segment our email list with clear performance targets.Ideate email marketing and automation workflows to increase calls and revenue.Write strong, compelling email copy in excellent English that aligns with our brand voice.Track, analyze, and report on email performance with clear action steps.Collaborate with other teams (growth, content, and sales) to align messaging and cadence across the funnel.What we are looking for:
2+ years of B2B email marketing experience, ideally in a fast-moving or startup environment.Proven success growing and segmenting a B2B email list.Strong written American English and persuasive copywriting skills.Hands-on experience managing email marketing and marketing automation platforms (e.G., HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, etc.).Clear understanding of deliverability, list hygiene, and best practices.Analytical mindset – you're comfortable working with metrics to drive performance.Can work autonomously and take ownership of outcomes.Nice-to-Haves:
Lifecycle marketing experience.A/B testing and experimentation mindset.Benefits:
