Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Base Station Monitoring Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring the operation status of base stations and recording key performance indicators through a web interface.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Monitor system operation status and record core indicators through a web interface. Handle anomalies according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and escalate unresolved issues to maintenance engineers or platform specialists.
  2. Conduct automated inspections of faulty base stations in various countries, sending daily fault lists to experts via email. Perform initial handling of reported faults according to SOP and escalate unresolved issues to maintenance engineers.
  3. Provide technical support to specialists and users within 30 minutes of receiving requests.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent with at least one year of experience in customer service, after-sales, technical support, or related fields.
  • Proficient English reading and writing skills.
  • Strong office software skills, including Word, Excel, and email.
  • Preferred experience in software operations and maintenance.
