Account Manager – Novogene The Account Manager must reside in Brazil and will work remotely in a contracted role. Position Summary The Account Manager is responsible for developing and achieving sales in the assigned accounts, focusing on rapid business growth and acting as the key interface between customers and Novogene divisions. Responsibilities Develop, establish, and implement an effective sales plan tailored to the assigned accounts to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets. Focus on rapidly developing and growing business in the assigned accounts. Act as the key interface between the customers and all relevant Novogene divisions. Maintain a current understanding and knowledge of the company's products and services. Utilize Salesforce.com to accurately document and track client-related information and sales opportunities. Qualifications Background with a BS degree in life science; advanced degree or newly graduated candidates encouraged to apply. Prior experience in sales and account management within the biotech or life science industry. Working knowledge of NGS, genomics, and/or molecular biology. Deep knowledge/network within assigned accounts is a plus. Self-driven, independent, and goal-oriented mindset. Experience with SFDC or other CRM software is an advantage. Degree in biology/biochemistry/genetics acceptable. Some sales experience required. Ability to travel within Brazil. Fluency in English.
