Contato com clientes potenciais por telefone, e-mail e redes sociaisRealizar pesquisas básicas sobre setores e empresas-alvoUtilizar o sistema CRM para comunicação oportuna e relevante com os clientesConstruir e manter uma presença profissional no LinkedInArticular as soluções da TLC para aquisição, retenção e fidelidade de clientesQualificar leads e agendar reuniões para nossa equipe de Desenvolvimento de NegóciosLidar com as preocupações e objeções iniciais dos clientesManter registros precisos das interações com os clientesCandidato Ideal:
Alguma experiência com telemarketing ou vendasExcelentes habilidades de comunicação e persuasãoMentalidade focada no cliente e inteligência emocionalConfiança, resiliência e auto-motivaçãoProficiência em sistemas CRM e habilidades básicas de informáticaCapacidade de trabalhar de forma independente e em equipeExperiência em Vendas de Fidelidade/Recompensas/SaaS/Mídia é desejávelO que oferecemos:
