The Opportunity
This isn't your typical SDR role. You'll be joining a mission-critical team that's redefining how businesses think about and implement AI. Working with decision-makers who are eager to harness AI's potential, you'll play a pivotal role in connecting innovative solutions with companies ready to leap into the future.
What You'll Do
Strategic Outreach & Relationship Building
- Execute sophisticated LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns to engage C-level executives and IT decision-makers
- Leverage AI-powered prospecting tools and bespoke technologies to identify and connect with high-value prospects
- Build meaningful relationships with mid-market companies seeking AI transformation
- Support webinar promotion and participate in AI workshop facilitation
- Contribute to thought leadership content that positions our company as the go-to AI innovation partner
- Educate prospects on AI opportunities and help them envision their digital transformation journey
- Generate qualified appointments and build robust sales pipeline
- Work collaboratively with senior sales team to advance opportunities
- Maintain detailed prospect intelligence and relationship mapping
- Experiment with emerging AI tools and sales technologies to maximize efficiency
- Continuously refine and optimize outreach strategies based on data and results
- Contribute fresh ideas to evolve our dynamic sales development process
Essential Qualifications
- AI Fluency: Hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) and genuine enthusiasm for AI innovation
- Communication Excellence: Superior written and verbal English communication skills
- Creative Problem-Solver: Ability to think outside traditional sales development frameworks
- Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work US business hours (CST/EST) regardless of location
- Growth Mindset: Openness to dynamic processes and continuous learning
- Previous SDR or business development experience (preferred but not required for exceptional candidates)
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, and CRM systems
- Interest in or knowledge of B2B technology sales
- Understanding of mid-market business challenges and decision-making processes
