Sua missão será elevar o orgânico, criando conteúdo diário com identidade forte, estratégia clara e foco direto em engajamento, audiência e vendas. ⸻ ✅ Responsabilidades Criação e Produção • Gravar, dirigir e editar vídeos para Reels, TikTok e YouTube Shorts. • Criar conteúdos com narrativa forte, ritmo rápido e foco em performance. • Criar copy, roteiros e ideias de vídeos diariamente. • Transformar acontecimentos do dia em conteúdo (agilidade criativa). Gestão e Estratégia • Planejar calendário editorial mensal. • Criar estratégias de crescimento orgânico (tendências, storytelling, ganchos, personas). • Acompanhar métricas e evoluir com base em dados. • Reorganizar o posicionamento digital da marca com foco em vendas e construção de comunidade. • Propor campanhas de conteúdo alinhadas ao marketing e ao comercial. • Gerenciar comentários, direct e engajamento (não SAC). Performance • Criar conteúdos otimizados para conversão (prova social, bastidores, diferenciação da marca). • Trabalhar gatilhos de aquisição: necessidade, valor, autoridade, prova, urgência. • Fazer testes A/B de criativos, formatos e abordagens.
