Brazil Exclusive Travels – Rio de Janeiro Join one of Brazil's fastest-growing luxury travel and concierge agencies. Brazil Exclusive Travels is a premium DMC and concierge company specialised in serving international and corporate clients, offering tailor-made itineraries, personalised service and a recognised standard of excellence in the luxury travel market. We are looking for a Sales & Operations Executive to join our multicultural team. We seek a dynamic, organised and motivated professional with solid experience in the high-end tourism sector. Key Responsibilities• Sell luxury concierge services and high-end travel packages • Manage relationships with international clients (80% of our clientele) • Develop new partners and commercial opportunities • Design, personalise and operate bespoke luxury itineraries in Brazil • Actively prospect new international clients • Coordinate bookings (hotels, tours, transfers, exclusive experiences) • Issue airline tickets and manage all ground services • Oversee operations before and during each trip • Provide multilingual customer support (Portuguese & English)Requirements• University degree (Tourism, Hospitality, International Relations, Business or similar) • Minimum 4 years of proven experience in Sales or in the Tourism sector • Bilingual English mandatory (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus • Excellent communication, sales posture and negotiation skills • Strong organisation, responsibility and full client-experience orientation • Knowledge of Brazilian destinations and luxury travel trends • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities • Genuine passion for travel, hospitality and exclusive experiencesBenefits• Fixed salary: R$ 2.200 • Highly attractive 20% variable commission structure • Meal allowance • Transport or mobility allowance • International, creative and collaborative work environment • Real opportunities for growth within the luxury travel marketTools UsedWhatsApp Business HubSpot Gmail Canva
