About the Position:

We are looking for a strategic, creative and results-oriented Marketing Coordinator to lead the company's communication, brand positioning and demand generation activities. This position will play a central role in consolidating the brand's identity, supporting the sales and innovation areas, in addition to promoting engagement with our internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute and monitor the marketing plan, aligned with the company's strategy;
  • Coordinate the production of institutional, technical and commercial content (online and offline);
  • Manage the brand's presence at events, fairs and social media;
  • Ensure the coherence of the brand's visual identity and positioning at all points of contact;
  • Act as a focal point between internal areas and marketing suppliers (agencies, designers, etc.);
  • Support the sales team with support materials, sales kits, presentations, campaigns and lead generation actions;
  • Monitor metrics and KPIs to evaluate the performance of actions and propose continuous improvements;
  • Participate in the development of communication strategies with key stakeholders (clients, investors, institutional partners, government).
Requirements :
  • Higher education in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Administration or related areas;
  • Previous experience in marketing coordination, preferably in B2B companies or with a technical profile (industries, technology, defense, energy, etc.);
  • Experience in the Aerospace and Defense market (desirable)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines;
  • Solid knowledge of branding, inbound marketing, content management and automation tools;
  • Familiarity with strategic planning and relationships with various stakeholders;
  • Advanced English is mandatory
  • Experience in regulated or strategic markets (e.g. defense, aerospace, energy);
  • Knowledge of institutional marketing and relationships with public agencies;
  • Experience in brand integration processes (M&A, mergers, spin-offs).
