Shopee Operations teams cover the entire end-to-end operational process, from the moment the shopper searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the shopper receives the products. The team analyzes and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Collections, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations, Fraud and Compliance. - Responsible for assisting and monitoring the provision of outsourced services of food, cleaning, building maintenance, landscaping, electrical infrastructure projects and civil renovation of office and local warehouse.
- Have the role of guardian of the best customer experience, ensuring comfort, safety, functionality and efficiency of the environment, integrating physical space, people, processes and technology.
- Assist in establishing processes and service standards with SLAs and KPIs for monitoring sites.
- Perform input management and stock supervision, with the objective of guaranteeing the necessary stock for the functioning of the services and guaranteeing the client's experience.
- Support the procurement team in contract management ensuring payment of suppliers, renewal and renegotiation of contracts.
**Requirements**:
- Graduation completed or in progress.
- Required previous experience in the Facilities team and third-party contracts.
- Must demonstrate strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
- Must comprehend relationship between company policies, business & technical processes and procedures.
- Must be able to create design documents, system operating procedures & FAQs.
- Category B regularized driver's license.
- Availability for travel
