Find out how you will deliver magic together with us through your Rappi mission Revisa Cómo Impactarás Nuestro Ecosistema Gerente comercial cidade de São Paulo e Perecíveis Como Parte De Rappi, Serás Responsable De Category Manager será responsável pela gestão da categoria, conduzindo negociações estratégicas, acompanhamento de indicadores e desenvolvimento de portfólio. Atua na análise de dados e geração de insights para impulsionar resultados. Garante a adaptação regional do mix de produtos e a interlocução com parceiros e times internos. Principales Responsabilidades Gestão e acompanhamento de indicadores comerciais da categoria (margem, DOI, DOH, Fill Rate, sell out e investimento da indústria), garantindo performance e rentabilidade. Negociação de contratos estratégicos com parceiros, envolvendo prazos de pagamento, pedidos mínimos, back margin, custos logísticos e metas de crescimento. Gestão do portfólio e do mix de produtos, incluindo captação de novos SKUs e adequação da categoria às especificidades regionais e culturais. Condução de ações e negociações comerciais voltadas à aceleração de giro, incremento de vendas e maximização dos resultados. Análise de dados e interlocução com stakeholders, transformando dashboards e indicadores em insights e propostas de valor, em parceria com times internos (Ads, Turbo e demais áreas estratégicas). Requisitos Ensino Superior cursando ou completo em Administração, Marketing ou áreas correlatas. Excel avançado e conhecimento básico em SQL e Power BI para interpretação de dados; Experiência prévia na área comercial, vendas, relacionamento com cliente, negociações, acompanhamento de KPIs; Habilidade em cálculo de margem, plano de ação e interpretação de dados. Residir no Rio de Janeiro. ✅ Diferencial (não Obrigatório) Inglês e/ou espanhol.
