Paid Media Campaign Specialist We are seeking a Paid Media Campaign Specialist who will oversee cross-channel paid media campaigns for e-commerce and lead generation brands. Develop, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across multiple platforms to drive consistent return on ad spend (ROAS) and key performance indicator (KPI) achievement. Analyze campaign data daily to inform targeting, bidding, and creative decisions. Key Responsibilities Campaign Management: Develop, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across multiple platforms. Analyze campaign data daily to inform targeting, bidding, and creative decisions. Prepare regular performance reports using attribution platforms. Strategy & Innovation: Build and test strategies across emerging channels such as demand generation, connected TV, and retail media. Collaborate with the analytics team to develop performance-driven media briefs. Forecast potential performance outcomes using multi-touch attribution (MTA) and cross-channel attribution data. Client Collaboration: Partner closely with teams and clients to align on objectives, budgets, and performance goals. Present insights, strategic recommendations, and clear next steps in a client-facing capacity. Identify growth opportunities and communicate performance learnings.
