Paid Media Specialist Bluelight is a leading software consultancy focused on designing and developing innovative technology that enhances users’ lives. We are expanding across the United States and Central/South America and are seeking a talented Paid Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. You’ll work on challenging projects, develop high‑quality applications, and contribute to our growth strategy. What You’ll Do Manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Video. Focus on bottom‑of‑funnel metrics, driving SQLs, pipeline impact, and closed‑won revenue. Partner with sales teams to align on lead quality and refine targeting. Create dashboards and analyze results using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and spreadsheets. Apply full‑funnel and lead‑quality insights to optimize paid media strategy. Conduct A/B testing on targeting, creatives, landing pages, and bidding tactics. Collaborate across marketing to maintain cohesive messaging. Work with design teams to enhance landing pages and improve conversion rates. Manage budgets, forecast spend, and report ROI and CAC. Research emerging ad formats and placements within the Google Ads platform. Experience We’re Looking For 5+ years managing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Video. Full‑funnel focus with a proven ability to drive revenue, not just leads. Strong analytical skills with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, spreadsheets, and data analysis. Experience partnering with sales teams to boost pipeline impact. Advanced conversion tracking knowledge: UTM parameters, pixels, and Google Tag Manager. Fluent English for cross‑team collaboration. CRM awareness, especially Salesforce or HubSpot integration. What You’ll Achieve Drive higher revenue attribution through Google Ads campaigns. Improve SQL rates and lead‑to‑deal conversions. Build a collaborative workflow with sales to refine lead quality. Lower CPA while improving ROAS and CAC efficiency.
