Paid Social/search Specialist

As a traffic manager at Pingback you will be responsible for structuring, idealizing and managing paid traffic campaigns via google, facebook, twitter and other ad platforms.
You will be contributing so that people can live from their own content in a more fair and direct way with their audience.
**Responsibilities**
- Plan and manage all paid media strategies according to established goals;
- Control budget and daily investment;
- Execute campaigns using best practices;
- Analyze conversion funnel, present improvement reports and seek daily optimizations;
- Configure pixel and URL tagging on websites
- Have well-defined metrics (ROI, CPL, CPM, CPC, CPA Conversion)
- Identify and run AB tests (LP, creative, CTAs...)
- keyword study
- Generate reports on campaigns that provide insights and feedback based on the reports
- Mastery of Google Ads and Facebook Ads ad platforms;
- Performance metrics (ROI, ROAS, CPA, Tx. Conv., CPC, CTR, CPL, etc.)
- Experience in budget and campaign management
- Knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Data Studio and Sheets is a plus
- Google Ads and Analytics Certification;
- Proven experience in paid media management;
- Knowledge of Google Tag Manager;
