Head of cybersecurity

- Desenvolver e executar a estratégia de segurança da informação alinhada ao crescimento e às metas da empresa.
- Estabelecer e manter políticas, controles e práticas baseadas em frameworks reconhecidos (como ISO 27001, NIST, OWASP).
- Gerenciar o programa de GRC (governança, riscos e compliance), com foco em regulação do setor financeiro (ex.: Bacen, CVM, PCI-DSS).
- Liderar a prevenção, detecção e resposta a incidentes de segurança, garantindo resiliência cibernética.
- Trabalhar de forma transversal com Engenharia, Produto, Jurídico e demais áreas para garantir segurança desde a concepção dos produtos (Security by Design).
- Promover a cultura de segurança na organização por meio de treinamentos e conscientização.
- Realizar e supervisionar auditorias internas e externas, análises de risco e testes de segurança
- Liderança e gestão do time de Security da Kanastra
- Experiência sólida em Segurança da Informação, preferencialmente em fintechs, bancos digitais ou empresas de tecnologia.
- Forte conhecimento em cloud security (AWS, GCP, Azure), segurança de redes, IAM, criptografia e desenvolvimento seguro.
- Experiência prática com regulação financeira e privacidade de dados (LGPD, Open Finance, PCI-DSS, etc.).
- Histórico comprovado de liderança técnica e estratégica.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicação, incluindo com stakeholders não técnicos e executivos.
- Certificações desejáveis: CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, CompTIA Security+, entre outras.
- Inglês intermediário ou avançado (desejável).
