Job Description We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the success of our Pay-Per-Use program by identifying, triaging, and resolving data and process discrepancies tied to financial operations. Triage and resolve data issues within the Pay-Per-Use program by identifying root causes and directing them to the appropriate teams. Maintain and manage our Jira board, including issue tracking, documentation, and validation of outcomes. Troubleshoot and update Tableau reports (10–15 dashboards), ensuring accuracy and relevance of the displayed data. Write and modify SQL queries to investigate issues, validate fixes, and extract data as needed. Collaborate closely with internal finance, technical, and business stakeholders to support billing and revenue-related processes. Required Skills and Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a data analyst or reporting analyst role. Proficient in writing SQL queries for data investigation and analysis. Hands-on experience modifying and troubleshooting Tableau dashboards and working with backend data sources. Skilled in managing issues in Jira and working across business and technical teams.
