Global Tech Recruiter | Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Contract Duration: 6 Months (with potential for extension) About the Opportunity Our client is looking for an experienced IT Application Engineer on a service contract (PJ) . The professional will deliver specialized services to strengthen security, compliance, and data protection across core productivity applications. This engagement focuses on activities related to data protection, SOX and ISO audits, and other compliance reviews , ensuring remediation of findings and alignment with security best practices. Scope of Services Security & Compliance Perform data protection and security activities across Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Zoom, and 1Password. Support SOX, ISO, and other audits by delivering evidence, implementing corrective actions, and tracking remediation progress. Analyze and remediate audit findings with cross-functional stakeholders. Implement IAM, access controls, and security policies. Ensure alignment with global security and compliance frameworks. Application Administration Manage accounts, groups, and licenses across Google Workspace and Okta. Configure and maintain SSO, MFA, and security integrations. Administer Slack, Zoom, and 1Password to ensure secure collaboration and password management. Troubleshoot application issues, deliver expert support, and maintain documentation. Automate administrative and security-related workflows. Partner with Information Security, Networking, and Infrastructure teams in global initiatives. Contribute to security-related projects, audits, and compliance upgrades. Provide knowledge-sharing sessions and guidance on security best practices. Maintain accurate documentation of processes, configurations, and audit responses. Qualifications Required 8+ years in IT Applications administration with strong security/compliance exposure. 5+ years hands-on with Google Workspace and Okta (SSO, MFA, security policies). Experience supporting SOX, ISO, or similar audits with proven remediation execution. Solid understanding of IAM, data protection, and audit requirements. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation abilities. Certifications in Google Workspace and Okta Administration. Scripting knowledge (Python, PowerShell) for automation of compliance/security tasks. Familiarity with integration platforms (e.g., Workato). Knowledge of standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2. Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience. Professional Profile Proactive and self-motivated. Detail-oriented and organized. Adaptable to evolving priorities and technologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
