Job Description Sweden needs skilled engineers, with approximately 30,000 required by 2030. We currently have around 200 open positions for Software Engineers with our clients in Sweden. As a senior headhunter, you will help us find engineers ready to move to Sweden. Your job will involve finding and informing them about the benefits of living and working in Sweden, as well as building trust with suitable candidates. You will be supported by a global team of recruiters and an executive management team in Sweden. Additionally, our Swedish delivery management team will handle practical matters related to relocation for our consultants, including visa, work permits, tickets, and housing arrangements. Our clients are primarily in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions, and application development. You will work with colleagues in various countries, including Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela, and Vietnam. Telescope's core values are joy, trust, and professionalism. Required competence includes at least 5 years of professional experience in IT sector recruitment or similar technical experience. A solid network of local engineering talent within IT. Extremely service-oriented, with a flexible mindset. High-quality and brand awareness. Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing companies. Upper intermediate English. Some knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and methods. Analytical, well-organized, with an eye for details. Self-confident, happy, social, friendly, and outgoing. Durable and stubborn, with the capacity to take a 'no' as a reason to try harder. Passionate about success, with an executive yet relaxed attitude. Responsive and responsible, with an appropriate appearance. The position is full-time, with a long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur, starting ASAP, and a minimum duration of 12 months. Remuneration starts at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes, with benefits including free national holidays, 20 paid vacation days, and paid travels, housing, and per diem.
