Gerir o sistema de controles internos através de revisão e monitoramento dos processos e controles;
Suportar todas as áreas de negócio na identificação e revisão de riscos;
Promover a sinergia entre as áreas envolvidas nos processos, consultoria, auditoria interna e externa, por meio de reuniões, treinamentos, workshops com objetivo de garantir aderência as boas práticas de Governança Corporativa;
Fazer cumprir os procedimentos de segurança;
Acompanhar auditorias internas e externas, bem como validar relatórios provindos desses processos;
Definir controles e fluxos baseados nas metodologias e normas vigentes, tais como: Lei Sarbanes Oxley, disposições do PCAOB (Public Company Accounting Oversight Board), comitê COSO (Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of the Treadway Commission), ITGC;
Testar a aderência dos processos/ controles (walkthrough);
Garantir o cumprimento dos prazos das Certificações Sox;
Manter um banco de dados de processos / controles chaves de performance (não Sox) aplicados para as empresas;
Modelo de trabalho híbrido.
Perfil desejado
Graduação em finanças com especialização na área (obrigatório);
Passagem por empresas de consultoria em ambiente controles internos (obrigatório);
Experiência em ambientes de empresas globais com presença nos EUA (obrigatório);
Conhecimento contábil (obrigatório);
Forte atuação nas áreas de Sarbanes-Oxley compliance (obrigatório);
FCPA compliance, prevenção de fraudes, auditoria financeira e operacional (obrigatório);
Liderança comprovada de times (obrigatório);
Inglês Fluente (obrigatório).
