**Key Responsibilities**:- End-to-End Recruitment- Execute full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer closure across technical and corporate roles- Manage multiple requisitions while ensuring timely and quality hiring delivery- Sourcing & Talent Pipelining- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for niche and future skill demands in the Romanian market- Stakeholder Collaboration- Partner closely with hiring managers to define requirements, interview processes, and selection criteria- Provide market insights around talent availability, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligence- Ensure clear and consistent communication on hiring progress- Represent the organization as a brand ambassador at events, career fairs, and digital hiring campaigns**Process Excellence & Compliance**:- Maintain accurate records in ATS and TA dashboards- Ensure hiring compliance with GDPR and local labor laws- Contribute to continuous process improvements and TA best practices- Key Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree required; specialization in HR is an advantage- 4-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition within a fast-paced corporate or tech environment- Proven track record hiring for Software Engineering/Product/Design roles in Romania or Europe- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, recruitment marketing, and Romanian talent market dynamics- Fluent English (mandatory); Romanian proficiency preferred- Core Competencies- Strong communication and stakeholder management- Analytical mindset with ability to use data for insights and decisions- Skilled in negotiation and closing- Ability to work independently while collaborating in a global, matrixed structure- High accountability, adaptability, and passion for people & culture**What is it like working for 3Pillar Global?**:- At 3Pillar, we offer a world of opportunity:- Imagine a flexible work environment - whether it's the office, your home, or a blend of both.
