Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned project manager to lead our luxury interior fit-out projects from concept to completion. This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex, high-spec interior projects with a proven track record of delivering exceptional quality, on-time and within budget.

  • Lead and manage luxury interior fit-out projects from concept to flawless delivery.
  • Oversee planning, procurement, budgeting, and execution.
  • Align cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and consultants toward excellence.
  • Champion HSE standards, risk management, and quality assurance at every phase.
  • Drive timely approvals, smooth coordination, and design perfection.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 15+ years' experience in construction, with at least 5 in luxury fit-out project management.
  • Strong portfolio managing complex, high-spec interior projects.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including a six-day working week, which is mandatory for all site-based roles. Successful candidates must be eligible to obtain a work visa for either KSA or UAE.
